Biography
It has been Dr. Berardi’s honor and privilege to serve the students, teachers, and families of Kissel Hill Elementary (Warwick School District) – home of the “Kissel Hill Climbers.” He focuses his efforts on developing a high caliber academic program while remaining focused on the affective components that build the confidence needed for students to reach their goals. He feels privileged to lead talented, caring, and dynamic educators that find value in every individual.
It has been his pleasure to serve students and their families in public education as a teacher since 2005 and principal since 2014. Prior to his present role, he has had the opportunity to teach special education (K-5), sixth grade in a middle school setting, fourth grade, and second grade. He resides in Annville with his wonderful wife Melissa and sweet daughter Cella.
