Biography

I am a parent of two young children of my own with professional experience working with children and families in various capacities from ages 18 months to 18 years of age. With a passion for teaching children and supporting the adults in their lives, I worked in the public school setting teaching special education for ten years and have an M.Ed. in Special Education from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. As a participant in Plant the Seed of Learning and now Grow the Seed of Learning with my own children, I learned a lot about early childhood development which furthered my passion for educating and supporting parents during this joyful stage of life. I am thrilled to be working alongside families, schools, and agencies across Lancaster County to further the mission of Plant the Seed of Learning!
